What is your return and exchange policy?
My Teddy Bear Shop takes pride in offering a wide variety of high-quality teddy bears and stuffed animals that everyone would love to hug. We feel confident you will enjoy your new teddy bear as much as we enjoyed hunting it out for our collection of loveable stuffed animals. My Teddy Bear Shop will strive to make your teddy bear experience right and, if need be, will approve and issue a return authorization within 30 days of your order receipt. After our customer-care department approves your return or exchange, you will receive a Return Number. Please repack your item in the original box and packaging materials along with the packing slip and issued Return Number. Because My Teddy Bear Shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, we strongly suggest you return your teddy bear with an insured courier. How long before I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed upon inspection of the items in your order. Once your returned items have been processed at My Teddy Bear Shop, a credit should post to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three-to-five business days. Orders place by check or money order will be refunded within 7 days of the return being processed.
Can I return personalized items?
No. Because our personalized products are customized to meet your exact specifications they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless, of course, an error is made inadvertently by My Teddy Bear Shop or a manufacturer. Keeping this in mind, please select your personalized teddy bears and stuffed animals with extra care. Do you charge restocking fees?
Waiting more than 30 days to notify My Teddy Bear Shop about an order return may cause your transaction to be subject to restocking fees. Additionally, items returned due to refusal of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee. What if I got my order, but some items are damaged?
Don’t worry; we want to make your experience with My Teddy Bear Shop as pleasing as a bear with a honey pot! However, we do ask that you carefully inspect all items received in your order right away. If there is any damage, please call our customer-care department at 1-866-598-4862 Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM no later than 7 days after your package was delivered. A customer-care consultant will help you file a claim with UPS. In the event of product damage, My Teddy Bear Shop reserves the right to issue an exchange or store credit rather than a refund.

Shipping
When does my order ship?
My Teddy Bear Shop strives to get your new teddy bear to his new home as soon as possible. Processing time (pulling and packaging your order; personalizing if requested) plus shipping time equals delivery time. Your order will be processed within three to five business days. Personalized items may take up to 10 business days, depending on the customization selected.
UPS will deliver your order within 3-9 business days after the processing time depending on the shipping option selected during checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via e-mail of the expected delay or provide you with other options.
At times, My Teddy Bear Shop may partner with an outside vendor to deliver you the most unique teddy bear products found on our “bear hunts”. In this instance, shipping may vary from vendor to vendor. On each product page, you will find "item details" that provide additional information on shipping details that will be helpful before ordering. Occasionally, multi-item orders may arrive at your destination in multiple packages, possibly on different days. Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
No. Unfortunately, My Teddy Bear Shop cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship UPS and are required to have a physical address for delivery.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. However, My Teddy Bear Shop cannot guarantee delivery times on these orders.
Do you ship to Canada?
No. My Teddy Bear Shop does not offer shipment to Canada, but plans to in the future. Please check back.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we are not able to ship outside the U.S. and U.S. territories.
